General Description
Event Information: Saturday, 12/7/13, 11AM-4PM, at Delaware City Community Center 250 5th Street Delaware City, DE.
Expected attendance:~45-70 people

Definition of Artist vs Vendor
"ARTIST" is defined as someone who makes goods by hand (prints, sculpture, comics, accessories, jewelry, etc), while "VENDOR" is defined as someone selling commercial goods and products.
Event Setup and Teardown Times
The setup time will be from 9AM-11AM and teardown time will be 4-5 PM.  
Table Type
6 foot, uncovered rectangular tables (bring your own table covering). Artist spaces are sold in half table and come with 1 chair, vendor in whole tables and come with 2 chairs.
Table Pricing
Artist  Half Table:  $10+$5 for 1 admission= $15 total/space; Vendor Whole Table:  $20+$10 (2 admissions) = $30 total/space. Max of 1 for either artist or vendor.
Table Confirmation and Payment Deadlines
Acceptance of terms (at the end of this form) is required. Spaces are limited, applicants will be emailed and invoiced to notify if they have secured a space. Upon notification, applicants have until December 2, 2013 to Paypal payment in full to dasmomo@gmail.com.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
 No bootleg items, adult items must be covered up and only accessible with ID check, no excessively loud music. Used goods are allowed but must be labeled as such. Sales of contact lenses not permitted. Weapons must be displayed in such a way as to prevent accidents or mishandling of the merchandise. Any weapon, upon purchase, must be boxed and removed to vehicle or hotel room. Violation of Dealer/Artist policies will result in one warning, and then removal from sales area with no refund.
