We are so excited to celebrate your child's accomplishments at our upcoming ceremony! Kindergarten is an important milestone in their education and we are very lucky to have been their teacher.

Please note the following important information:

1.) After the ceremony, all Kindergarten students will be dismissed and will not return to class. You will sign them out at your teacher's photo booth in the cafeteria.

2.) Filling out this form means you wish to have a sibling of your Kindergartener released early after the Kindergarten continuation ceremony. This form needs to be completed by Wednesday, May 21st. If you do not fill out this form, then you will need to wait until dismissal at 2:40 to pick up siblings, NO EXCEPTIONS.
