Vendor agrees to assume all risk of injury or harm and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NSCC, along with all of its employees and agents, for any claims that may arise as a result of the vendor’s activities, relating to the 2026 NSCC Game Con event.

(For the purposes of this statement, “Vendor” is defined as the applicant completing this form, with the intent to be considered for a vendor space at the NSCC Game Con event.)
