By filling in this form you apply to take part in AYUDH's 12th Youth Summit 'One World. One Home.', taking place from 16-24 July 2016 at M.A. Center Germany.

By filling in this form you are not yet registered for the summit! This is just an application form.

We will be in touch with you soon to let you know if your application has been accepted. Once you will have received a confirmation from us, you can start booking your travel tickets. From May 1st we will also ask you to fill in the final registration form online and select your workshops.

However, we recommend you to start the application process as soon as possible, since the participation fee will increase to 150 Euro after 1st July 2016.

The information contained in this form will be kept confidential and will only be shared with personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Financial support
We are happy to provide a refund of 20% of the travel cost of your main means of transport (plane, train, bus or car). This is available for all youth aged 15 - 30 coming from Council of Europe countries.

We offer additional support schemes for youth with financial challenges:

1) 'Helping Hands' - HELPING HANDS IS FULL. Please see our other support schemes.
By doing 3 hours of community service every day you will get a reduced participation fee of 60 Euro. Please note that there is a limited availability of 'Helping Hands' slots, which are given on a first-come, first-serve basis.


2) Free Participation: We offer free participation to youth with severe financial difficulties. Limited spaces available.

Conditions:
* You ALSO need to apply for the “Helping Hands” scheme
* The deadline for application to this scheme is April 1st
* Within 4 days after applying online, you need to send an email to finance@ayudh.eu, with:
     - First and last name
     - Country and place you live in
     - A bank statement of the past three months (or a bank statement of both your parents, if you are under 18 years old)
     - A short explanation about your financial situation

3) Additional Travel Refund: We offer a travel refund of 70% to a limited number of participants from Council of Europe countries. Only a limited number of youth will be able to receive this support. So please apply for it only if you really need it, since otherwise another youth may not get the opportunity to benefit from it.

Conditions:
* Maximum refund per person is 100 Euro.
* We refund only 70% of your main means of transportation (car, bus, train or plane).
* Within 4 days after applying online, you need to send an email to finance@ayudh.eu, stating:
     - First and last name
     - Country and place you live in
     - A screenshot of the price of the cheapest travel ticket
     - A short explanation about your financial situation
