Water Turn On or Off Request
This form needs to be filled out to completion with all required fields. The Water Department will not turn the water on at your residence without you there. If you will be turning your water off for a longer period of time, a final reading will be completed and a final bill for water used will be sent to you after the water is off. If you are seasonal and would like to update your billing address for the months that you are gone, please provide the alternate mailing. 

Note, you are REQUIRED to be present for both water turn on and off.
