Commission proposals to be discussed on MEU Tallinn 2014:

1. General Affairs - European Border Surveillance System (Eurosur) aiming to increase coordination within and between Member States, tackle cross-border crime and prevent irregular immigration;

2. Justice and Home Affairs - Inclusion of the Kaliningrad area of Russian Federation and certain Polish administrative districts in the eligible border area to avoid their isolation from immediate neighbours;

3. Economic and Financial Affairs - Strengthening of economic and budgetary surveillance of Member States experiencing or threatened with serious difficulties with respect to their financial stability in the euro area.
