Haddenham Fete Stallholder Form 2023
Please complete all information below to confirm your space. Pitch fees are £10 for a charitable organisation or school, and £25 for a business. This is based on a standard pitch size for a 3 x 3 gazebo. If you require a larger space or have a gazebo bigger than 3 x 3, please let us know in advance on haddenhamfete@gmail.com.

The exception to the above pitch fees are if you are providing catering (ice cream, BBQ, drinks etc,) or larger attractions such as fairground rides - we will discuss split of income with you for these separately.

Please ensure on the day that you secure your gazebo with weights (preferably) and pegs as it can sometimes be a little breezy!

Set up on the day is from 10.00 with all cars clear of the site by 12.30pm. We will confirm all details close to the day as well. Thanks for your support!
