We understand that due to circumstances participants may need to skip sessions to fit in with their home dynamic.

Requirements
The seminar will focus on solo exercises for bokken, jo, tai-jutsu and ukemi.
Please keep your weapons close by and ideally you would need a minimum of ca. 4m2 for the exercises.
For these classes we ask you to wear a full gi, hakama is not necessary.
