Goalkeeper Request — Two Matches in One Day
Submit this form at least 48 hours before the earliest kickoff to request approval for a goalkeeper to play two matches in one day. This replaces the previous email request process. 

RULE: Goalkeepers may participate in 2 matches in one day in National 1 League and Local Premier League matches, but the procedures must be followed. The goalkeeper MUST play as a goalkeeper in both matches. The goalkeeper may not play for more than one team in the same gender age group of a division. If the player does not play goalkeeper, this will be declared an ineligible player and ineligible player fines and forfeits apply.
