Jefferson County Clean Water Management Awareness Littering Behavior Questionnaire
The Clean Water Awareness Campaign was implemented to inform and educate the public, as well as affect behavioral change in order to reduce polluted stormwater runoff caused by vehicle fluids, yard chemicals, pet waste, and litter.

This 10-item questionnaire will help Jefferson County's Stormwater Management Team better understand your knowledge about the purpose of the storm drainage system; the link between items on the ground and water pollution; the link between behavior and preventing water pollution; as well as, how you typically dispose of trash and litter. Your honest and complete responses will help the Stormwater Management Team improve efforts to keep Jefferson County's waterways clean and unpolluted.

If you have questions or need assistance with this questionnaire, please contact Lyn DiClemente, Education and Training Manager, Jefferson County Stormwater Management Team, at (205) 325- 8741, or Lyn.Diclemente@jccal.org.
