● specially developed program for eight weeks with a targeted preparation for a competition. The 8-weeks preparation is divided into the following cycles (1-2 weeks of preparation, the basic 3-6 weeks, 7 weeks pre competitive, competitive week 8)
● recommendations for “drawing up” and competitive tactics
● general recommendations for pharmacological support and recovery activities for the entire period
● a diploma of the passing the 8-weeks program "YOU ARE THE CHAMPION"

* - Planning of the training load will be based on BIORHYTHMS of the athlete. Since our birth we live in three biological rhythms: physical, emotional and intellectual. Since 2010, I apply this methodology in the training practice, and I consider this experience in planning is unique for a weightlifting athlete.
