Q: When and where is AIM 2019?
A: May 5-8, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency in Huntington Beach, CA.

Q: When are submissions due?
A: The cut off for submissions is December 31, 2019.

Q: When will I know if my submission was selected?
A: The decisions will be finalized by the last week of February. You will hear back by February 28th, 2019.

Q: How many submissions can I submit?
A: Three is the max. If you submit 4, you will disqualify yourself and your company from consideration.

Q: Can I edit my submission?
A: Yes, you can edit submissions up to 3 times.

Q: What makes for a good session submission?
A: The more specific it is the better. We mean it. Seriously. Specificity requires more thought and planning. This in turn will make better content and drive better engagement. Planning and thought are the two biggest drivers of a successful session.

Q: What makes for a good speaker submission?
A: Speakers need to engage the audience. The first part is the content and the second is how the perform on stage. Are they energetic? Do they present well? Do you have a client like this? The easiest way to show us this to to share a video of them on stage and tell us where they have presented before.

Q: What makes for a good title?
A: Your title will be fighting for attention against all other titles. The more direct and obvious your title, then better. “Engagement Matters: How to be responsive on their timeline” is better than “Why Engagement Matters.”

Q: Can my CEO speak on stage because they are really <insert compliment>?
A: Please see above and submit a session.
