Contest Rules:1. No purchase necessary.
2. To enter, a valid email address must be provided. Any entries that do not include a valid email address will not be considered as valid and will therefore be ineligible to win the contest.
3. The contest will be conducted May 16, 2023 through May 18, 2023. Deadline for entries is May 18, 2023 at 11:59pm CT. The winner will be announced no later than June 30, 2023; they will be notified via email.
4. The contest winner will be chosen at random via a lottery system.
5. To arrange for the fulfillment of their prize, the contest winner must contact Lisa Accardi at lisa.accardi@refed.org within 30 days of the announcement stating that they have won.
6. The contest is open to all in-person and virtual attendees of the 2023 Food Waste Solutions Summit, hosted by ReFED in St. Louis, MO, USA, who provided a valid email address in association with their full completion of and submission of tasks in the scavenger hunt at the 2023 Food Waste Solutions Summit. To qualify for the contest, entrants must complete 10 (ten) of the in-person scavenger hunt items if an in-person attendee or 3 (three) of the virtual scavenger hunt items if a virtual attendee. Employees of ReFED, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Limit one entry per attendee.
7. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither ReFED, their agents, affiliates, representatives or employees have liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
