Failure to do so may result in students being sent home early at their parents expense. *
I hereby acknowledge that I give permission for the EPHS & SLPHS Alpine Team/Coaches and Chaperones to take my student listed to Lutsen Mountains to partake in the activities put forth in the itinerary. I understand skiing/ski racing has inherent risk and I agree to allow my student to participate without repercussion towards the EPHS & SLPHS Coaching Staff/Chaperones or Guest Coaches. *
