Delegate Registration Form RS Carinthia 2016
Thank you very much for your interest in attending the Regional Session Carinthia, taking place in Villach from 15 to 17 January 2016.

Regional Sessions are events carried out for first-time Delegates or Delegates with limited experience (e.g. Delegates that have attended an EYP Day). A Regional Session lasts three days for Delegates and includes all typical elements of an EYP Session: one day of Teambuilding, one day of Committee Work and one day of General Assembly. The participation fee for delegates is 30€.

Students from the age of 16 can participate in Regional Sessions either as individual Delegates or in a delegation of 4 students from the same school. In the allocation of spots for the Regional Sessions, delegations will be preferred over individual applicants.

Please fill in this form carefully.
Delegations are asked to submit one registration form; they will be asked to provide personal information of all Delegates that are part of the delegation as well as a short joint statement of motivation.

The registration is open until 18 December 2015. You will be notified whether your registration was successful after the deadline. Last-minute spots will be filled with Delegates applying after the deadline.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Do you wish to register as a delegation or as an individual Delegate? *
A delegation consists of four students from the same school. All Delegates should be available and willing to attend the Austrian Youth Summit 2015 in order for the delegation to be considered in the Selection Process. Individual Delegates will also be considered in the Selection Process, provided that they would be available to attend the Austrian Youth Summit 2015.
