A couple things about showings:
- We're flexible and can often book showings for the day-of. If you can, it's helpful if you let us know that you'd like to see a home a day or so beforehand. Some listings are tenanted and usually require at least 24-hour notice for showings
- Many sellers have ring cameras, security cameras, apple devices etc. in their houses and listen through during showings. I know- spooky right? To protect your negotiating position, We encourage our clients to refrain from saying anything negative (or overly positive!) about a property, or anything about your finances/financing/motivation for moving, etc. while we're in a listed home. We'll chat about all that once we're out of the house.
- If you have young kids you're always welcome to bring them to any showings! After all, they're making a big move too and we know they're going to be excited to view different homes as well. We do ask that you let them know they need to be careful with the properties we visit. Keep in mind that some properties have hazards such as pools, roads, fireplaces, etc.
