Summer Grill Challenge

RULES:
Recipes must be a main dish for lunch or dinner and must include 3 in season produce items. Cost for recipe is limited to $20 for 4 servings. Total recipe time (preparation and cook time) is limited to 1 hour. Recipe must include a minimum of 2 of the following components
-Whole grain
-Fruit
-Vegetable
-Low-fat dairy ingredients (if applicable)
-Lean meat or protein (if applicable)
