As a Renter, I agree to following, "USE and OCCUPANCY: The premises will not be used for any human or animal occupancy, trash, or other materials. Nothing shall be allowed on the outside of the space. The tenant will vacate if the tenant’s use of the premises is deemed to be detrimental to Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club, the premises, or the general well-being of other tenants." *
As a Renter, I agree to the following, "LOCKS: Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club shall provide a lock for the storage container.  Tenant understands and agrees that multiple tenants share the container.  The tenant shall NOT place any lock on the exterior of the container. Tenant will receive a key to the lock and keep this space locked at all times when not being used by the tenant.  Tenant will NOT make copies and/or distribute key to individuals without express agreement from Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club." *
As a Renter, I agree to the following, "ASSIGNMENT or SUBLETTING: Assignment or subletting is not allowed without consent of the Board of Directors, and will be considered only in the absence of a waitlist of club members.  Assignment or subletting to non-club members will not be considered nor approved." *
As a Renter, I agree to the following, "INSURANCE: The tenant is responsible for insuring the tenant’s property stored anywhere on the premises against all loss and damage. Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club assumes no responsibility whatsoever for anything placed on the premises by the tenant or by anyone in the tenant’s behalf." *
As a Renter, I agree to the following, "LIABILITIES: Tenant hereby releases Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club from any and all liability, loss or damage to the tenant’s property. Tenant’s property placed on the premises is placed at the tenant’s sole risk and Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club shall have no liability whatsoever. The tenant acknowledges that insurance is available from independent insurance companies for damage to the tenant’s property and for the liability imposed by such occupancy. The tenant understands that Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club is not engaged in the business of storing goods for hire nor in the warehouse business rather offers space for rent to offset the cost to Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club of having the storage box on site." *
As a Renter, I agree to the following, "RULES and REGULATIONS: Tenant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations which may be established by Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club in the future, for the safety and orderly administration of the self-storage box." *
