If you are planning to host a basketball tournament in Manitoba, please complete the following information form 15 days prior to the tournament beginning to Basketball Manitoba to ensure liability insurance coverage for tournament organizers, officials and the facility.  Without a completed tournament registration form your tournament cannot be insured.

There will be a $25.00 per team fee for all teams participating in the tournament who are not currently members of Basketball Manitoba or do not have proof of insurance.  Seven (7) days prior to the tournament beginning, please provide a list of all teams participating and a copy of the tournament schedule to Basketball Manitoba.
