Task forces 5 and 6 of IWG5 – Updating Implementation Plan 
The IWG5-CSA project is planning two upcoming task forces starting in July or early September 2024. Those task forces will provide input for the update of the implementation plan of IWG5. Each task force will have about three web meetings of about two hours. After the second meeting, the chair and co-chair will start writing the white paper of about 10-15 pages including the activity fiche . They will receive a financial contribution.

Please register, if you would like to chair/co-chair* or become a task force member in one of the following task forces:
5)  Just transition: affordable, sustainable renovation-T5 (led by WIP)
This task force will explore how to mitigate risks and costs for socially vulnerable groups affected by the clean energy transition. This will include looking at good practices of renovation examples for vulnerable groups  and how to use the renovation wave as an opportunity for building owners and tenants to reduce energy bills and increase their standard of living
6) Energy-efficient buildings as job-creation motor -T6 (led by EUREC)
This task will identify jobs at risk in the construction sector and consider reskilling strategies while taking into account new job opportunities arising within the scope of the clean energy transition.
