WBOPCA Junior Code of Conduct Complaint Form
Please ensure you have read the WBOPCA Terms & Conditions, Junior Code of Conduct section, before completing this form.

Any player, coach, manager, umpire, parent, or spectator of WBOPCA junior cricket controlled games who feel there is a breach of this Code of Conduct, can choose to lodge a complaint to Western Bay of Plenty Cricket Association’s judicial panel.  Such notification must be made using this Google Form within 3 days of the event.
