Veg Week 2013 kicks off on Earth Day and thousands of people across the country are taking the 7-Day Veg Pledge from April 22-28 as a fun way to discover the many benefits of choosing vegetarian and vegan foods and to explore a wide variety of delicious meat-free meals. After all, with 52 weeks in a year, why not make at least one of them meat-free?
