2023 Homecoming Parade Entry Form
Please complete this form to register for the 2023 CHS Homecoming Parade

Parade theme: Clash at Coan!    (Coan is the name of the football field)

Event information: Thursday Sept. 21st, 2023. Parade begins at 5:30 PM Line up begins at 4:30 PM. Everyone should be lined up and ready to go by 5:15PM

Please share this information with all people who will be involved with your entry!

Please note:
1) All motorized entries must be driven by a non-student 18+
2) All entries must be accompanied by a coach or sponsor
3) Per city code, all motorized entries must carry a fire extinguisher with them during the parade
4) If you will be tossing candy, please note that candy should be TOSSED with enough force that it reaches the spectator area, but should not be thrown so as to cause injury should it hit someone. (preferably, someone would walk next to your entry and hand candy out instead of tossing)

Please report to the west parking lot (next to the football field) for line up. All tractor trailers will line up ON  S 10th street.  All other units will assemble in the parking lot.  You may begin lining up/dropping off at 4:30 PM. Please be in place by 5:15 PM.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
