We need help with many kinds of tasks. Please let us know what kinds of tasks you CAN help us with.
PLEASE CHECK AS MANY BOXES AS POSSIBLE. I can:
Assist with assembly of physical conference materials (e.g. schedules, phamplets, binders, etc.)
Assist with electronic assembly of conference brochures, schedules, web pages, etc.
Help check people in at a registration desk.
Be "on call" during the Conference to help execute identified short-term tasks (e.g. making a short announcement to each room).
Assist presenters with standard media technology (e.g. projectors, mics, hooking up laptops etc.)
Take photographs of presentations and activities (and I have access to an SLR camera).
Monitor caterering staff to ensure the right food items are delivered to the right rooms.
Run errands for emergency supplies (and I have access to a car).
Carry lightweight items from place to place during the conference (e.g. podium, box of papers, etc.).
Post-conference data entry for surveys, comments, and other feedback from participants.
Post-conference editing and assembly of the record photograps, audio and/or video.
Are there any of these tasks you would *prefer* to do? (Or prefer *not* to do?)
