CSA Preference Form
This form lets us know what you would or wouldn't like in your box! Place items on your NO LIST if you'd like to exclude them, and choose other items as substitutes for veggies you don't like or are allergic to. But keep an open mind! Part of the advantage of a CSA is getting to try new produce, so try not to exclude items just because you have never tried them before. We will be posting recipes featuring items in your weekly boxes throughout the season and asking you to share your favorite recipes as well.
Note that this form has TWO parts: your No List (items you don't want) and your Preferred Substitutes (items we should replace the No List items with).
NO LIST: what produce items do you not want in your box?
(Items can be excluded for reasons such as personal preference, allergies, etc.)
Corn (sweet corn)
Dandelions (red and green)
Dill (seed heads)
Kale (red, green, lacinato)
Peppers (hungarian hot)
Pumpkins (pie pumpkins)
Radish (red, icicle, and easter egg)
Squash (patty pan)
Watermelon (personal size)
There are no items I would like to exclude.
