Host Family Program for International Students: Questionnaire for Host Families
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Carnegie Mellon University Host Family Program for International Students.  We urge you to provide us with details that will help us find a compatible student match for you, and ask that you be flexible with your expectations.

 In addition to this questionnaire, we ask that you review and sign the Host Release, and indicate that you accept its terms and conditions by signing and sending it to the Office of International Programs (OIE), c/o Christine Asenjo, 3rd floor Posner Hall,  CMU, 5000 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh PA  15213.  

You can also email it to hostfamily@andrew.cmu.edu.  Once your questionnaire and Host Release are received, you will be notified when you have a student match.  We appreciate your interest and commitment to our students!
