Positive Images Board Member Application
Based in Sonoma County, Positive Images is an LGBTQIA+ Community Center established in 1990. We provide support to the North Bay’s LGBTQIA+ population, with an emphasis on identities and individuals at the margins – including transgender and nonbinary individuals, LGBTQIA+ people of color, Latine families, neurodivergent people, and disabled people. We are dedicated to providing essential services that encompass mental health support, advocacy, and education.

Positive Images seeks dynamic board members with experience or a passion for supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly those at the margins. Whether you have expertise or simply bring enthusiasm and dedication to PI’s mission, your voice and perspective will help us shape a more inclusive and equitable future. Experience is not always required for positions, with the exception of Treasurer. Applicants should demonstrate a personal commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Our board is entirely volunteer-based. Board members are not paid and dedicate their time, skills, and passion to advancing Positive Images' mission.
