The Happiness Scale
This scale is designed to help you reflect on your current level of happiness across ten key areas of life.

Ask yourself: “How happy am I with this part of my life today?”

Rate each area on a scale from 1 to 10:

  • 1 = Very low happiness

  • 10 = Very high happiness

✨ Tip: Focus only on how you feel today. Try not to think about yesterday or past experiences—just your feelings in the present moment.
