General Terms and Conditions

Venue: Broomwood Community Centre, Mainwood Road, Timperley, Altrincham WA15 7JU

Day and Time: Every Saturday between 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm

Enrolment Requirements - To enrol a student,

- The beginners start from reception age up to any regular school level.

- A duly filled enrolment form is required for the registration of the child.

Attendance

Children should be brought at the venue by the parents at least 15 minutes before commencing the session.

Child Safety

Parents should be present at the venue during the entire duration of the training /classes. Parents cannot leave their children unattended. Parents should notify the School of any allergies or medical conditions of their children so that in the event of any medical emergencies School co-coordinators can provide maximum attention to the child and notify the parents immediately.

School organises events during which there are stage performances by children from within the community, such performances require training which may involve some sort of body contact between the Teacher and the children to do a particular move/step in the correct manner. Such contacts will be kept to bare minimum and will be done under supervision and consent of the child.

Privacy Policy

School organises events in which children do stage performances. These performances are video recorded and photographed for uploading on the School’s websites and for printing on School’s leaflets or other print material. Parents can give their consent to the School accordingly and it will be followed.

Data Gathering

All personal data relating to children/parents or other people with whom we have contact, whether held on computer or in paper files, are covered by the Act. Only relevant personal data may be collected and the person from whom it is collected will be informed of the data’s intended use and any possible disclosure of the information that may be made.

Fee

A fee will be collected per student to cover the educational material supplies and towards the rental charges of the premises. The current fee is £5.50/ Session (it may change accordingly) and one of fee will be collected by whole academic year. Siblings discounts are available*

Cancellations

School will ensure to keep the same venue and schedules at all times but due to some unforeseen circumstances if the venue is unavailable or the classes cannot be taken on that particular day then parents will be notified through the School’s communication channels.

Liability

School Management will not in any way be responsible or liable to any injuries to the student and loss to his/her property.
