LAHS Art and Craft Submission Form 2026
This form must be filled out before submission of artwork.   The requirement is 30 x 30 maximum size.  We will also accept needlework, jewelry, cards, and matted prints.

Receiving dates will be:   Include all Saturdays and Wednesdays, when we are open (10-2). You must fill out this form, or bring the physical copy with you.  

Receiving dates will be:

Saturdays 10-2 and Wednesdays 10-2 (during our open hours.  You must fill out either the online form, or bring the physical form listing your name, address, phone number, title of the work and medium)

Aug, 8, 15, 22 from 10-2



We will also be available to arrange a pick up from you, or meet you at another time, if it is convenient.


The August 22nd is the absolute last date to drop off. We will not accept any art after that date.
