We require adult supervision for student/children's groups and the adults count towards participant numbers.
We charge $100 for up to 10 participants, 
$135 for 10-15 participants, and 
$180 for 16-20 participants. 
If you group is larger than 20, we will work with you to schedule two separate times. Our buildings are simply not large enough to welcome that many bodies :)
Please note* If we determine that it is not safe to proceed with the tour on the scheduled date due to weather or some other reason that we can not control, we will first attempt to reschedule, otherwise, we will refund your reservation fees. This has only happened maybe 3 times because of stormy weather and one whole season because of the pandemic. Otherwise these funds are not refundable.

Our tours can last up to 2 hours, depending on your interests. We suggest avoiding the heat of the day, as our buildings get quite warm. Do you have a time in mind? *
