Booking & Confirmation:
A $15 booking fee is required to process your reservation. This fee is non-refundable but can be applied as credit toward your next trip.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.

Reservation Review:
All booking requests are carefully reviewed. Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your reservation is approved.

Pricing Notice:
Final pricing may vary during peak hours, special events, or based on vehicle availability.

Payment Terms:
The booking fee secures your request and prioritizes processing. The remaining balance can be paid before your trip.

Additional Notes:
• Gratuity is not included (10% appreciated)
• Tolls & parking may apply outside NYC
