Booking & Reservation

All booking requests are carefully reviewed based on vehicle availability, trip details, and chauffeur scheduling. Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp from Manhattan88Mobil.

Deposit Policy

For selected services, including long-distance trips, special events, holiday travel, or high-demand dates, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. If applicable, the deposit amount will be communicated before your booking is confirmed and will be applied toward your final trip fare.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

For confirmed reservations, cancellation fees may apply if a chauffeur has already been assigned, the vehicle has been reserved, or the service is scheduled within a short notice period.

No-shows or cancellations after the chauffeur has been dispatched may be charged up to the full reservation amount.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Pricing Notice

Rates may vary during peak travel periods, holidays, severe weather, special events, toll changes, or due to vehicle availability. Final pricing will always be confirmed before your reservation is finalized.

Payment Terms

Payment instructions will be provided once your reservation has been confirmed. Any required deposit will be applied toward the total trip fare.
