1. We will select the performers based on review of this application form.
2. All applicants will be notified before or within three days of the event.
4. You understand that there is no compensation for your performance. This is a community event and the opportunity is to expand a new audience.
5. If there is enough interest from the audience, we may do a battle, where th wiiner will recieve a $50 prize.
6. The sale and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages of any kind on the premises are strictly prohibited.
7. The Harvest Day is a non-smoking event. No vendor is permitted to smoke on event grounds.
8. All business or other activity, for which the vendors have rented space, must be conducted within the
designated table space only.
9. By accepting this agreement, performer agrees, regardless of coverage under any insurance policy, to pay all costs necessary to indemnify, defend, and hold Powerful Pathways or Cafe JuiceUp harmless from all claims, demands, actions, attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses based on or arising out of any acts, errors, omissions, fault, or negligence of contactor or its principals, employees, subcontractors or other agents while performing services under this agreement.
10. By participating, you give Powerful Pathways right and permission to use your name, image, or photographs for publicity purposes, prior to during and after the event.
