Book Fair - Chair Adrienne Cary & Krista Lyons
Kicks off during Fall Family Night and runs the following week, November 6 through November 10.
Box Tops for Education - Chair Becky Mitchell
Help organize contests for Box Top collections.  Sort and count Box Tops.
College Wood Bakers - Chairs Lee Ann Farmer & Emily Tanis
Provide treats, snacks, baked goods, and other goodies to the College Wood staff and families during specified events (i.e Fridays, Newcomer Coffee, Fifth Grade Graduation, etc).
Cardinal Carnival - Chair Amy Johansen
There are a variety of opportunities, please select all that interest you. Event will be on March 24th.
Community Rewards - Chair Kristin Ricketts
Kroger & Amazon rewards and help arrange and promote "Give-Back" nights (i.e. City BBQ)
Directory - Chair Robin Speas
Compile the directory information and organize it in an easy-to-use format.  Arrange for distribution in September

Display Cabinet / Bulletin Board Calendar - Chair Needed
Work with PTO & Staff to schedule the yearly use of the front bulletin board and display case.  A few times a year help is needed to fill these spaces when committees are not using.

Family Night - Chair Hallie Hacker
Help with planning and running events held twice a year (November & January).  
Fifth Grade Party - Chair Needed
Organize, promote, and oversee celebration for our 5th grade students.  Held in May

Green Team - Parent Representative
Work with Staff Sponsor to fulfill needs within recycling club.  Organize additional volunteers / students for activities, arbor day tree distribution, and recycling events

Hospitality - Chair Kelly Warner
Plans College Wood pre-determined departmental appreciation events and coordinates food / hospitality to celebrate staff during these events.
Kindergarten Social - Chair Missy Parrish
Organize, promote & oversee this networking event for our youngest students.
Kindy 500 - Chair Needed
Help kindergarten teachers with the event in the spring.
Kindergarten Special Persons Day - Chair Tabitha Hughes
A day for Kindergarteners to invite a special person / family member to join them for a short event.  Work with the staff to plan organize, promote and oversee event.

Math Pentathalon - Chair Aimee Weigmann
An after-school math enrichment program for CWE Students.  Oversee all games and activities related to Math Pentathlon and participate in Math Pentathlon competitions.
Newsletter - Chair Missy Parrish
Publish a monthly CWE newsletter, gather information from different committees, staff and exec board on activities & events coming up.

Parent Center - Christa Sheek
Organize the materials and supplies in the parent center.  Straighten and clean area so that the parents and teachers can work easily.  Perform inventory checks and work with Treasurer and front office to order / replace items as needed. Bimonthly or as needed.

Parties with Parents - Chairperson for Tailgating with Dads Dimple Shah; Chairperson Needed for Canvas Night
Plan, promote and organize the Mom's & Dad's events.  
Room Parent Organizer / Class Party Planner - Chair Jen Robeson
Coordinate an initial Room Parent Mtg during 1st month of school.  Oversee the planning of grade level parties and support carnival with classroom volunteer signup.  
School Support
From time-to-time volunteers are needed to assist with administrative duties in the school, class rooms & front office during school hours. This team is coordinated by the front office staff.

Spirit Wear - Chair Mary Mazza
Oversee ordering of school spirit wear for Back To School Social, prepare the sale at the Social and process orders for delivery.

Summer Reading Program - Chair Amy Riego
Organize and promote an all-school program to promote summer reading.

Variety Show Committee - Chair Needed
Help with tryouts and logistics of running the event. The show is at the end of February.
Wellness Support - Chairs Kari Johnson & Andrea Sloan
Help with Field Day activities and outdoor recess cart management.
