Rockford Fine Arts Coalition Scholarship Application
The information collected in this application will be shared with the RFAC Assessment and Allocation committee for consideration. This is a blind process in which all distinguishing information is withheld by the Board as committee members consider the application request on merit and need only. Awards will vary depending on the nature of the request and number of current applicants, and may range from partial to complete funding

To be eligible for an award, applicants must be currently enrolled in RPS, have a free or reduced waiver on file and/or demonstrate special circumstances or need through the application questions below.

Please note that RPS 205 initiated programs, such as school-based performance opportunities, field trips, instrument fees, or district ensembles are not eligible for awards through this program. RFAC collaborates with community organizations to provide a variety of services for students. No funds will be distributed directly to students, families, or any private party.

Following submission, the Board will review the application and contact the applicant for additional information or with an overview of the process.

Recipients of any Rockford Fine Arts scholarship will be asked for their artistic story and photo to be used on social media and on https://www.rockfordfineartscoalition.com. Recipients may also be asked to provide a testimonial regarding how they benefited from this scholarship at a later date.
