The Washington Recovery Alliance (WRA) is conducting a survey to see what issues and solutions around recovery from substance use, mental health, and co-occurring challenges are most pressing in your community here in Washington state.

We want to hear from community members and use this feedback to help inform the behavioral health priorities that the WRA and our regional recovery coalitions advocate for across the state. Anyone who resides in or works with communities in Washington state is invited to complete this survey. All responses are confidential. Please include your email if you would like to be contacted for potential testimonial opportunities.
