Come join Gateway Academy High School as we attend the San Francisco Giants College and Career Day at Oracle Park! We will be taking 2 van loads of High School Students to attend this special event! We are limited to the first 16 High School Students to sign up.
When: Thursday, August 28th
Time: 6:30am-7:00pm
Where: Drop off and Pick up at Gateway Academy
Meet at Gateway Academy at 6:30am. We will transport students via district vans to Oracle Park in San Francisco for the Career Day Presentation at 10am. The Giants play the Chicago Cubs at 12:45. We should return to Gateway by 7pm. Cost of the day is $35 which includes the cost of the ticket and a $12 meal voucher. Students will probably need more spending money for snacks, souvenirs and dinner on the way home. Dress in layers! San Francisco and Oracle Park can be much cooler than one would think, but could also be warm in the sun! Don’t forget to use sunscreen. Our seats will be in the sun.
