Bard Madness: The Elite Eight

The Merry Wives of Windsor's magical Cinderella run continues, as the #6 seed managed to hang on and upset struggling #2 seed Julius Caesar. How will it fare against #1 seed Hamlet?

Macbeth was the first #1 seed to fall, losing to #4 Much Ado About Nothing, which will face off against another crowd-pleasing comedy, #2 seed As You Like It.

Voting in the Elite Eight will run through Sunday, April 28. The final four will be announced on Monday, April 29. Descriptions of each play by Randy Colborn, Associate Dean, Ernestine Raclin School of the Arts. Seeding of the plays by Joe Chaney, Associate Professor, Renaissance Literature.
