Event Name: Plano Magazine Beer Walk
Dates: September 27, October 25, November 29
Location: Vendor booths will be located indoors at The Shops at Willow Bend, 6121 W Park Blvd, Plano, TX 75093
Time: 5:30-8:30pm - please arrive at 4:30pm to set up
Cost: $150 per event. You will receive an invoice via email 2 weeks before the event that must be paid online prior to the event.
Booth Space: One 6-ft. table, a black tablecloth and two chairs will be provided per vendor. If additional chairs are needed, please let us know in the notes below. Please bring your own display items. Tents are not allowed.
Food Permit: Anyone serving food or drinks will need to provide proof of a food permit. Please ask us if you do not know how to go about getting this.
Confirmation: All applicants are not guaranteed a space. You will receive a confirmation email 2 weeks before the event to collect payment and confirm setup information.
