Insight form for Fundraising Manager candidates
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for conceiving, developing and executing fundraising initiatives that will contribute to the sustainability of the association. Key areas of involvement are bids to foundations and public bodies, plus potential development of  personal donation through crowdfunding and other strategic initiatives.
Role type: Voluntary, with development opportunities. We are aiming to convert this role to a paid one with a successful candidate.

Refugee Voices is a mission-driven and award-winning NGO, established in March 2019, headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. We focus on growing confidence of marginalised groups and 21st century skills such as storytelling, trust-building, and resilience, to transform personal and professional futures. We work chiefly with young refugees and migrants, and are expanding our partnerships to empower other marginalised groups of people.
