SMPS Oregon Lynn Parsons Educational Scholarship Application
Thank you for your interest in the Lynn Parsons Educational Scholarship. This scholarship provides SMPS Oregon members with the opportunity to pursue ongoing professional development through Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) certificate programs.
Recipients will receive full registration to one of the available certificate programs, with reimbursement provided after successful completion of the program.
Before proceeding with this application:
- Please review the full program details on the certificate webpage to ensure you can complete your selected program
- Applications are reviewed quarterly
- Candidates should submit applications one quarter before their desired program's start date
- Early submission allows time to register with the early bird discount (10% off if registered 30+ days before start)
Selection Process: The SMPS Oregon Executive Committee will determine scholarship recipients at its discretion, with a minimum of one scholarship awarded per year. Additional scholarships may be awarded depending on the number of entries and financial strength of the chapter.
Note: If you win this scholarship, you are ineligible to win any other SMPS Oregon scholarships for two full years from this scholarship's award date.
