Relationship Foundations Group
This is a cost-free psychoeducational webinar for committed couples getting ready to move into a committed relationship (I.e. engagement or cohabitating) or recently made this transition (I.e newly married.) The webinar will address topics including but not limited to: attachment styles, conflict and repair, lifestyle decisions, and values. 

Throughout this five-week group, you'll learn practical, research-backed skills to help you:

  • Strengthen communication and truly feel heard by your partner
  • Navigate conflict in healthier, more productive ways
  • Build trust, emotional safety, and deeper intimacy
  • Better understand your own relationship patterns and your partner's needs
  • Increase friendship, connection, and appreciation in your relationship
  • Develop tools to navigate life's challenges as a team
  • Create lasting habits that support a healthy, resilient relationship

This webinar is educational and meant to provide tools and resources.
