In the workshop the participants build their own electronic instrument together with musician and media artist Alwin Weber from Dresden, germany. Under his label CircuitCircle, Weber aka. "StöRenFrieD" has been offering workshops, lectures, and experimental electronic concerts worldwide since 2009, focusing on DIY electronics and circuit bending. He also is the organizer of Dresden based CircuitControl Festival and part of the METAKNOTEN collectiv. 

You’ll learn all you need to know about:

-  How to solder, the good the bad the ugly :) 

-  The art of creative short-circuiting and glitching 

- How to work with electronic components and what they are in circuits 

There are plenty of self-developed kits by Alwin to choose from (SupaLoopa, NoiseCluster, Screamo, LdeRRoR, TouchSynth, etc.) and all tools and supplies are provided. 

The workshop is suitable for beginners! 

Just drop by and join in the soldering session. Material costs for the kits range from 20–60€.
