Sur une échelle de 1 à 5, 1 étant très mauvais et 5 étant excellent, évaluez le bilinguisme de l'événement (français et anglais). | On a scale of 1-5, with 1 being terrible and 5 being outstanding, rate the bilingualism of the event (French and English). *
Tenez compte des éléments suivants : niveau de bilinguisme pendant l'événement, promotion de l'événement, affichage, instructions/directives du Comité, présentations officielles ou discours des membres du Comité ou des chefs de partis, etc.

Consider the following when giving your feedback : amount of bilingualism incorporated into the event, promotion of the event, posted signs, instructions/directives by Committee, official presentations or speeches by Committee members or party leaders, etc.
