As a hot yoga studio, we understand that the history of most hot yoga follows a rather harmful guru lineage that has led to well documented abuse of students. It is because of this that we fully reject guru-student power dynamics. We believe the best teachers are not the ones who make you need them, they are the ones who make you trust yourself more and that have the humility to admit when they do not have all the answers. Our teachers are expected to behave with professionalism at all times. Do you believe in setting professional boundaries? *
