Spring 2020 CPS Student Teaching Online Application
Welcome to the Chicago Public Schools Student Teaching program online application.

Please note that in order to register with the Chicago Public Schools Student Teaching, your Institution of Higher Education (IHE) program must currently have a partnership with the district. If your IHE is not listed, contact your student teaching coordinator.

We recommend that students review the process before they begin. For more information on how the application process works, please visit the CPS Student Teaching page, cps.edu/StudentTeaching

Prospective student teachers must complete the CPS Student Teaching online application. The application form
requires general student information, completion of the CPS Student Teaching Acknowledgements and optionally placement site information. After the Student Teaching application window closes on Friday, Oct 25, 2019, prospective student teachers will receive an email with materials and instructions to complete your tuberculosis test and fingerprint background check.

Please feel free to contact the Student Teaching program at studentteach@cps.edu with any questions.
