TGX Community Sponsorship Program 2027

TGX Community Sponsorship Program supports local gaming communities, clubs, tournaments, university societies, content creators, and grassroots events that help grow gaming culture in Australia.

Successful applicants may receive support including:

• Cash of up to $1000 per application
• TGX Tickets
• TGX Merchandise
• TGX Booth
• Promotional Support

Total sponsorship support available across selected partners: up to AUD $20,000 worth of cash, prizes, tickets, merchandise, booths and promotional support.

To apply, please complete this form and upload your sponsorship proposal using the TGX Proposal Template.

Applications are reviewed based on audience reach, community impact, alignment with TGX, and promotional value.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee sponsorship.

All sponsorship applications are subject to approval by The Game Expo (TGX). TGX reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
