GDPR clause / Kişisel verilerin korunması hükmü
In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698 Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) the personal data provided will be used exclusively by ARTICLE 19 in order to fulfil its legal obligations under European and Turkish law with regards to project administration and accountable public spending. By signing this form, participants confirm their participation in this event, agree to provide all necessary data (including age, gender, profession and email address) and consent to the use of this data exclusively for the aforementioned purpose. The participant can at any time notify ARTICLE 19 request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of said data by contacting europeoffice@article19.org.
Genel Veri Koruma Yönetmeliği (GDPR) (Yönetmelik (AB) 2016/679) ve Türk Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanununa (6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) uymak amacıyla, sunulan kişisel veriler yalnızca ARTICLE 19 tarafından proje yönetimi ve sorumlu olduğu kamu harcamaları ile ilgili olarak Avrupa ve Türk hukuku kapsamındaki yasal yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmek amacıyla kullanılacaktır. Katılımcılar bu formu imzalayarak etkinliğe katılımlarını teyit etmekte, gerekli tüm verileri (yaş, cinsiyet, meslek ve e-posta adresi dahil) temin etmeyi kabul etmekte ve bu verilerin sadece yukarıda belirtilen amaç için kullanılmasına izin vermektedir. Katılımcı herhangi bir zamanda europeoffice@article19.org adresiyle iletişime geçerek kişisel verilerine erişim, düzeltme veya silme ya da söz konusu verilerin işlenmesinin kısıtlanması talebini ARTICLE 19'a bildirebilir.
