These terms and conditions govern the agreement between The Chancellor, Master and Scholars of the University of Cambridge acting through its ADC Theatre (“The ADC Theatre”) and the company, individual or society responsible for the administration or organisation of the event detailed above (“The Presenting Company”):

• The ADC Theatre agrees to sell tickets for the event detailed above, at the prices set out above, through its website, www.adcticketing.com. The ADC Theatre will pay the Presenting Company the sum of the box office receipts minus a ticket sales commission of 9% (+VAT) or £25 (+VAT), whichever is greater. This payment will take place no later than one month following the last occurrence of the event detailed on this form.

• The Presenting Company agrees to pay the cancellation charge for the cancellation of any performances sold by ADC Ticketing (care of the ADC Theatre). Cancellation charges are £25 (+VAT) per event plus £1 per transaction for any returns that must be processed.

• The ADC Theatre does not guarantee that this website service will be uninterrupted in circumstances outside of its control (for example, but not limited to, cases of natural disaster, utility failure, or technical failure).

• The service provided on the website will be backed up by a phone service operating within reasonable opening hours, and when the ADC Theatre is open, by a counter service.

• The Presenting Company should provide the ADC Theatre with any information or venue regulations that they wish to be passed to the customer.

• The ADC Theatre can only guarantee that the information provided on its website matches the information given by the Presenting Company. The Presenting Company is responsible for giving accurate information to the ADC Theatre for its ticketing purposes.

• The Presenting Company must provide the ADC Theatre with a royalty free image for use on the ADC Ticketing website. If an image licence has been purchased, evidence of the license must be provided to the ADC Theatre before the event can be listed on the ADC Ticketing website.

• If an event is cancelled, the ADC Theatre must be informed as soon as possible. If an event is cancelled, an administration charge (to be set by the Manager of the ADC Theatre, and not exceeding £1.00 per ticket) will be payable by the Presenting Company to the ADC Theatre to cover the costs of informing customers and processing ticket refunds or exchanges.

• Following receipt of this form, the ADC Theatre reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse a ticket service to the Presenting Company. The Presenting Company is responsible for accurately and reliably informing the ADC Theatre of the nature of the event being ticketed, and especially of any controversy or sensitive subjects that may be involved.

• When the ADC Theatre has agreed to sell tickets on behalf of the Presenting Company, the Presenting Company may use the logo of the ADC Theatre on its publicity material, provided that the logo is of high resolution and is provided directly by the ADC Theatre, and not altered without the permission of the Marketing Manager or Manager of the ADC Theatre. The Presenting Company is not under obligation to use the ADC Theatre logo on its publicity material.

• The Presenting Company should promote www.adcticketing.com as the website address to use for booking tickets for their event, and should promote 01223 300085 as the Box Office number. No other contact details for the Theatre (with the exception of its postal address, or email address info@adctheatre.com) should be published or promoted.

• The Presenting Company has no automatic right by virtue of this agreement to access to the personal data of customers booking for its events. This data is strictly controlled by the ADC Theatre in order to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Data will only be released to the Presenting Company when arrangements have been made in advance of the ticket sales, so that customers can be informed that their details may be used by third parties for marketing purposes.

• As a department of the University of Cambridge, the ADC Theatre has a legal obligation to demonstrate transparency in our supply chains. This means our suppliers must be compliant with the Modern Slavery Act (2015). You confirm that neither you, your employees, workers or organisation have been convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking nor have been the subject of any investigation or enforcement proceedings regarding any such offence or alleged offence. You will inform the University immediately if you become aware of any actual or suspected slavery or trafficking connected to your organisation.
