Enthusiastic & Informed Consent Form
The following are a few of the "Samsara Temple Standard" default rules that must be followed at every event hosted by Samsara Temple in any location. This is not an exhaustive list. Contact our staff (info@samsaratemple.com) if you have questions or concerns. By submitting this document, you explicitly agree to adhere to the rules outlined within and relieve Samsara Temple of any and all liability.

Do you consent to being in a space where sexual activity is being held? *
We encourage free expression of sexuality in all of its realms and possibilities. Those can include and is not limited to: group sex, BDSM, fetish, masturbation, voyeurism, exhibitionistm, etc. Please initial below to agree to this rule.
Do you agree to leave sexual activity out of the kitchen space? *
The kitchen we hold as our space for those who are recharging. This can mean getting reinvigorated between playtime, or just joining for our event and not looking to play. Please keep sexual activity out of the kitchen space. Any violation of this will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately and banned forever. Do you agree to clear, direct, and open communication with all present? *
We strive to create a space and community of consciousness and communication. Be aware of your surroundings and check in with your partners often. This means you must always have a detailed conversation and receive verbal consent before any touch can occur, including cuddling/hugging. Please initial below to agree to this rule.
Do you agree to adhere to the bracelet system? *
For some of our events where touch will be facilitated between participants, we have wristbands in several different colors which indicate the level of comfort you have with playing with others. Green for yes, I’m open for play. Yellow for approach with caution. Red for please do not engage with me, pretend as though I’m not here at all. These bands can be changed at any point during the evening as you become more comfortable with your surroundings. Example: if you and another person hit it off really well and don’t want others to engage with you anymore, feel free to swap your green bands out for red ones and you’ll be left alone. Do you understand our consent standards? *
As you can tell, consent is sexy and mandatory - you must ALWAYS ask every time you want to touch or sexually engage with another. Ask before ALL touch, even casual hugs or non-sexual touch. Be bold and express your desires. But do not be pushy. Understand body language and social cues. Do not continue to engage even socially unless you are sure the person is interested in the attention. If you are not 100% clear what the rules of informed consent are, do research before you attend and visit our website for more information (samsaratemple.com).This means you have to actually have a conversation about sex! Be brave. Ask for permission before you touch or join anyone - for any touch, even hugs. Find and use your voice! You need to have actual conversations about your desires. Masturbation is always an option if you don't have a playmate, as is voyeurism and exhibitionism.  Please initial below to agree to this rule.
What is the verbal password? *
 To gain entry to any of our events, this consent form must be read in its entirety. The verbal password is: We are legion.
Do you agree to adhering to our standards of enthusiastic and informed consent? *
Enthusiastic and informed consent is queen within the realm of Samsara Temple and she will be respected. We strive to create a safe space for all to explore sexually, without anyone feeling like they are being stalked. Informed consent and clear communication is key. Please initial below to agree to this rule.
Do you agree to keep the confidentiality of those attending? *
Please keep what happens here at Samsara, at Samsara. If you see someone from any of our events publicly, don't go about saying "hey don't I know you from Samsara?". You don't know what people's lives look like outside of here and we don't want to have anyone outed to family or friends. Feel free to talk about events you've been to and about the facilitators but please keep the people within this space private. Please initial below to agree to this rule.
Do you agree to imbibe your personal offerings safely and mindfully? *
Be mindful of your use of medical marijuana, alcohol or any other substances - obvious intoxication of any sort that renders you possibly incapable of giving and receiving consent will also result in removal. You are solely responsible for your consumption of medical marijuana and alcohol, and for getting yourself home safely. Please initial below to agree to this rule.
Do you understand how to report a violation of our Enthusiastic & Informed Consent Rules? *
If there is any violation of consent, please notify a one of our facilitators immediately. We encourage you to mindfully let someone know directly if you feel they violated consent in any way so all can learn and grow. However, if you feel as though your safety is compromised, notify a one of our facilitators immediately, you ARE NOT obligated to have that conversation.    Please initial below to agree to this rule.
